Dear Readers,

Preparations for the 2016 Conference and personal exigencies did not provide enough opportunity to bring out the December 2015 and the January 2016 issue of CIB on Wings on time. Regretfully, we decided to carry a joint issue.

We considered publishing three messages read out at the Conference—two from parent bodies based in Switzerland. The Secretary General of the Caux Foundation who represented the Foundation at the Conference, in addition to the first two, read out her own message as well.

A Report that briefly describes the work that two gentlemen, from distant places, did in an attempt to enlist delegates for the Conference and support the City Chapters of Pune and Mumbai; and a short write-up on the meeting that the CIB Central Steering Council had in November has been included for your reading.

Lastly, though one month has flown from the quiver of 2016, on behalf of the entire team at CIB, may I take this opportunity to wish each one of you a target of very meaningful and blessed days.
