Discussions on meeting growth while remaining socially conscious and eco-friendly eventually boils down to the individual, as business leaders, to bring about change in one’s personal and professional lives. This thought was evident when leaders of Small and Medium Enterprises deliberated on the topic, that related to the struggles each went through, in the third Round Table of the April CEO Conclave held between 12 and 14 April 2019. A brief report gives a glimpse of some of the things discussed.

WHO WE ARE

Initiatives of Change for Business is an international fellowship for businesspersons — a comradeship of like-minded individuals who are committed to furthering ethical practices in their work and convincing an increasing number of their business colleagues that “one can be ethical in one’s business dealings and still be competitive”.  

WHAT WE DO

Initiatives of Change for Business (ICB) is a forum for its members to discuss the business environment, in its various aspects and help find solutions to the problems that they face or may face in maintaining high ethical standards in their dealings.

FOCUS AREA

Engage business people and decision makers in honest conversations and action on the issues associated with globalization and the human face of economics

Highlight the role that each individual can play in bringing positive changes in business and economic life, and sharing related experience;

Equip people with practical tools, grounded in a moral and ethical framework, for use in their places of work.
