Caux Initiatives for Business is very pleased to carry three reports on the activities it has been involved in.

In this issue, the CIB Pune Chapter updates us on all that they as a team have carried out in their city. The Report from the Mumbai Chapter shares a bit of what they discussed at their last monthly meeting.

In addition, there is a brief write-up of the initiatives that took place in Kenya so as to strengthen the CIB Nation in that country.

WHO WE ARE

Initiatives of Change for Business is an international fellowship for businesspersons — a comradeship of like-minded individuals who are committed to furthering ethical practices in their work and convincing an increasing number of their business colleagues that “one can be ethical in one’s business dealings and still be competitive”.  

WHAT WE DO

Initiatives of Change for Business (ICB) is a forum for its members to discuss the business environment, in its various aspects and help find solutions to the problems that they face or may face in maintaining high ethical standards in their dealings.

FOCUS AREA

Engage business people and decision makers in honest conversations and action on the issues associated with globalization and the human face of economics

Highlight the role that each individual can play in bringing positive changes in business and economic life, and sharing related experience;

Equip people with practical tools, grounded in a moral and ethical framework, for use in their places of work.
