Sometime ago, Dr. Amit Mukherjee and his daughter, Ms. Neha Mukherjee, visited a friend to capture his experiences, first as Managing Director of a company in Jamshedpur; and later as Chancellor of a University in Himachal Pradesh, a state in North India. This enterprising business leader and educationist had numerous snippets to narrate, ensconcing some of them in acronyms. We believe you would enjoy reading the write-up of him in the ensuing pages.

Asia Plateau, the conference centre of IofC at Panchgani, has published its program calendar for the new season, beginning September 2018.

WHO WE ARE

Initiatives of Change for Business is an international fellowship for businesspersons — a comradeship of like-minded individuals who are committed to furthering ethical practices in their work and convincing an increasing number of their business colleagues that “one can be ethical in one’s business dealings and still be competitive”.  

WHAT WE DO

Initiatives of Change for Business (ICB) is a forum for its members to discuss the business environment, in its various aspects and help find solutions to the problems that they face or may face in maintaining high ethical standards in their dealings.

FOCUS AREA

Engage business people and decision makers in honest conversations and action on the issues associated with globalization and the human face of economics

Highlight the role that each individual can play in bringing positive changes in business and economic life, and sharing related experience;

Equip people with practical tools, grounded in a moral and ethical framework, for use in their places of work.
