Mountain HouseLooking out over Lake Geneva from an altitude of 1000 metres, the Cauxcentre can accommodate up to 400 people. Formerly the Caux-Palace Hotel, in 1946 it became an international meeting place, thanks to the generous contributions in time, talent and money of many volunteers.

Caux is one and a half hours by car or train from Geneva and two hours from Bern. Trains to Caux run from Geneva Airport as well as from Bern every hour.

 

WHO WE ARE

Initiatives of Change for Business is an international fellowship for businesspersons — a comradeship of like-minded individuals who are committed to furthering ethical practices in their work and convincing an increasing number of their business colleagues that “one can be ethical in one’s business dealings and still be competitive”.  

WHAT WE DO

Initiatives of Change for Business (ICB) is a forum for its members to discuss the business environment, in its various aspects and help find solutions to the problems that they face or may face in maintaining high ethical standards in their dealings.

FOCUS AREA

Engage business people and decision makers in honest conversations and action on the issues associated with globalization and the human face of economics

Highlight the role that each individual can play in bringing positive changes in business and economic life, and sharing related experience;

Equip people with practical tools, grounded in a moral and ethical framework, for use in their places of work.
