Mission
Initiatives of Change for Business (ICB) seeks to strengthen the motivation of care and moral commitment in economic life and thinking in order to create jobs, correct economic and environmental imbalances, tackle the root causes of poverty and reduce the economic gap between the haves and the have-nots.

Vision
The vision of ICB is derived from that of Initiatives of Change, a global movement which has worked for over 70 years to create a just, peaceful and sustainable world in which everyone, responding to the call of conscience, makes their unique contribution: a world where business people are both competitive and ethical and where organisations care for and nurture all their stakeholders.

WHO WE ARE

Initiatives of Change for Business is an international fellowship for businesspersons — a comradeship of like-minded individuals who are committed to furthering ethical practices in their work and convincing an increasing number of their business colleagues that “one can be ethical in one’s business dealings and still be competitive”.  

WHAT WE DO

Initiatives of Change for Business (ICB) is a forum for its members to discuss the business environment, in its various aspects and help find solutions to the problems that they face or may face in maintaining high ethical standards in their dealings.

FOCUS AREA

Engage business people and decision makers in honest conversations and action on the issues associated with globalization and the human face of economics

Highlight the role that each individual can play in bringing positive changes in business and economic life, and sharing related experience;

Equip people with practical tools, grounded in a moral and ethical framework, for use in their places of work.
